My take on the @Longhorn Steakhouse parmesan crusted chicken For the chicken: – 2 chicken breast – Tsp mixed herbs, garlic granules – 2tbsp ranch, lemon juice & worcestshire sauce Cheesy Parmesan topping: – 20g Parmesan cheese – 30g Gruyère or mozzarella – 1/3 cup ranch – 10g panko breadcrumbs – Fresh parsley Butterfly chicken breast and then combine in a bowl with all the seasonings & marinade, leave this in the fridge for at least an hour. In a bowl, mix together the ranch and Parmesan. When you’re ready to cook the chicken, heat a frying pan with some spray oil over a medium heat, fry chicken for around 3-4 minutes each side and it has a nice brown crust to it, then you want to transfer it to an oven trays Add the Parmesan ranch mix on top of each piece of chicken, then layer/ scatter over the Gruyère or mozzarella and then finish with the breadcrumbs. Pop this under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts and is golden and gooey! Serve with mash potatoes & broccoli. #parmesancrustedchicken #longhornsteakhouse #cheesychicken #chickenrecipes #copycatrecipe #fakeaway #easydinnerideas
